Hey everyone...
So our last test run will be this coming Saturday, August 20th, in the evening. We know better than to give a time, but.. um.. when it's dark! When the fuel tanks are moved out into the courtyard! When we're done debugging!
Come by Saturday night if you want a chance to play. We estimate that anywhere from 100 to 250 people will be able to play on the playa, given time/fuel constraints. That's not very many. You run a higher chance of playing if you come Saturday!
Also, on the off chance you're not horribly busy with your own stuff, we can still use hands for carpentry, making signs, welding, etc. If you want to help, come by any evening after 6pm or any weekend day after 12 noon.

Sun, August 21, 2005 - 11:33 AMOk, we meant SUNDAY...really, today, Sunday the 21st, we're going to run it. For real! We got it set up last night and ran tests...all is in working order. But by the time we'd done all that it was like 3 in the morning. So tonight we start at dark and run it 'till the propane's gone! -

Sun, August 21, 2005 - 1:13 PM... which isn't meant to imply that everything is actually done, and that if you were planning to come help out that we can't still use your assistance. We'll all be getting to Nimby at 3pm, and there's still a million little loose ends to take care of.
