If you tried the Extreme down at Portal, don't feel too bad. The Up and Right arrows on the left side pad were broken!
But... If you were playing on the machine upstairs at the movie theater, it was your fault.

I just can't imagine anyone concentrating on where their feet are with the noise and heat not to mention the flames coming right at the player. Now if the screen and headphones were inside the helmet that would be another story... -
